The staff were great too assist us when we encountered a problem with our debit card. They were helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. The room was so good with its modern decor and comfortable beds. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, perfect for two people. The bathroom was also well-maintained. I had the option to choose from a variety of soft and hard pillows, a nice touch. the hotel provided daily cleaning service, ensuring a tidy room throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was a major plus, as it was only a 5-minute walk to the nearest MTR station, making transportation around the city convenient.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, with large windows that provide plenty of natural light. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated at the center of Mongkok and not too far from the MRT station. It's a convenient base from where travelers can easily explore all the tourist spots, thanks to the nearby MTR.

During my Christmas stay, there were a few things that I really liked about the hotel. the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had comfortable beds and pillows. It made for a cozy and comfortable stay. the hotel offered a great service for breakfast. The breakfast options were delicious and I really enjoyed starting my day with a satisfying meal.
There were a few aspects of the hotel that I didn't particularly like. the air conditioning in the room was not very effective, even when set to the lowest temperature.
